Local emergency units, including both the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) and Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), were rapidly dispatched to the scene, arriving at approximately 2:19 a.m.
Upon their arrival, first responders were met with a chaotic scene: two mangled cars, a dark-colored Infiniti sedan and a white BMW, bore evidence of the violent impact. The situation became even more dire when firefighters discovered that two occupants—a male and a female—were trapped inside the Infiniti.
